Engineering Expertise

AirPol has always had a superior team of engineers in all disciplines, and today has several air pollution control experts with 25-30+ years of experience.

Upon receipt of an inquiry, the Sales Department develops a proposal supported by the Technical Department, especially in the case of difficult or unusual systems or problems. The proposal is accompanied by layout drawings prepared by the Drafting Department, and P&ID initiated by the Technical Department.

The proposal is sent to the client, often followed by presentations for and discussions with the client resulting in changes in scope of the system or approach to the problem.

Project Experience

Upon receipt of an order, an experienced Project Manager is assigned, who coordinates the activities of the various engineering disciplines and purchasing, to ensure that the overall project is delivered on time and within budget.

The Company offers a comprehensive scope of equipment and services. We provide tailor-made systems from design only to equipment supply or turnkey installations.

Systems can include:  process equipment, ductwork, I.D. fan & stack, pumps and piping, reagent preparation & supply, instrumentation & controls, support structures, and foundations.

Field Support

AirPol maintains a highly qualified staff of field service technicians.  We provide installation and installation advisory services, equipment commissioning and start-up, operation and maintenance personnel training, emergency repair and trouble shooting as well as system upgrades and spare parts supply.

AirPol always supplies the systems with a performance guarantee, and assumes full responsibility for the system performance, whether supplied on an "Equipment Only" or a "Turnkey" basis.  The Company is uniquely qualified in the air pollution control field and offers the installation services on a union or non-union basis.
